I did a 1 mile run today to work on speed and as a warm up for my weight session. I hit a new personal best mile! It may be slow but 10:25 is my best yet, and I wasn't even pushing it to the max.
It's kinda all over the place, it's pretty funny. I still need to find my steady pace to run at. Every time I would speed up, I would get nervous that I wouldn't be able to finish the run, so I would taper off. I've gotta just try to keep it steady!
My Workout A was today:
Bench 4x10 @ 10-20-10-20
Overhead lift 3x10 @ 10
Squats 4x10 @ 10 -- today I did them "ass-to-grass"!
Abs 3x20
Supermans 3x15
Curls 3x10 @ 10 per arm
Tris 3x10 @ 10 with both arms
