Day one of getting seriously on track with weights. Here's my feebleness -- it can only get better from here, right?
Workout A
Bench: 4x10 @ 20 lbs
Overhead lift: 3x10 @ 10 lbs
Squat: 4x10 @ 20 lbs
Abs: 3x20
Supermans (back extensions): 3x15
Curls: 3x10 @ 10 lbs
Tris: 3x10 @ 5 lbs
Tomorrow: 1 mile for speed in the a.m. and another in the p.m.!
