Weight Training

Did a "quick" 1 mile run before my workout "B" tonight:


This brings me very close, or ahead, of all my goals! Woohoo!

Workout B was as follows:

Incline Press 3x10 @ 10 lbs
Pullups (well, kinda) 5x5
Lunge 3x10 @ 20 lbs
Calf Raise 4x20
Abs 3x20

Overall, very strong workout, even if my pullups were more like "jump and hang for a second."
