Butternut Squash Soup with Cider Cream

Cubed one peeled butternut squash:

Boiled it with stock, cider, sage, thyme and pepper:

Pureed it:

Drizzled with sour cream whipped with a reduction of apple cider:


Perfect with the no-knead bread I made yesterday!
